Survey Overview
To begin, we receive many questions from customers about the quality of our delivered work.Report Pass RateIn particular, we receive many questions about outcomes that can depend heavily on individual professors or instructors. To help reduce these concerns, we conducted a survey on the reported pass rate of work delivered by iBooks Academic Support when submitted to schools and other institutions.
The survey targeted customers who had previously used our service, selected at random.107 respondents (through the end of June 2024)We selected customers randomly and asked them about the results of using the delivered work.Results of Using Delivered Workthe reputation and reviews of iBooks Academic SupportResults of Our Internal Surveybased on the findings described below.
The purpose of this survey was to reduce customer concerns and to improve our future writing and support activities.
